• Please carry original ID Proof (Voter ID card /Passport/Driving License/) etc. for security purpose & hotel policy.
• Hotel Accommodation will be as per family wise.
• Hotel Room allotment of Same Floor, Side by Side Room, View Rooms is not Guaranteed. Its Subject to availability during Check In.
• Early check in and late check-out subject to availability & respective hotel decisions.
• Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
• Minimum luggage (one bag per head) to be carried during the tour.
• Railway berth will be allotted as per Railway Allotment. We can make a preference, but berth preference is not guaranteed.
• The passenger will have to pay the full price of the double bed room in case of single Occupancy subject to availability of Room.
• Vehicle will be given Point to Point as per itinerary & not on Disposal Basis. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
• We are not responsible for closure of any sightseeing point due to non-availability of permit, due to natural calamity, political disturbance or any other reason. We are not liable to arrange a alternate options for that, If any extra charges payable at spot.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
• Due to last minutes price hike due to fuel price, road blockage, landslide or others, the guest have to bear the extra hire charges of Car / Bus / Boat etc. which will be decided at the spot by the management.
• Please cross check the Package Inclusion & Exclusion mentioned at the time of Booking. Further no request will entertain.

• For Customized Package Booking Confirmation, 30% of the Package Amount to be Paid as Advance.
• Before One month (30 Days) of journey starts, 40% of the Package Amount to be Paid As Part Payment.
• Balance amount of 30% can be Paid on or before 07 (Seven) days prior journey starts.

• For any reason whatsoever, Cancellation will be acted upon only when the Advanced Receipt / Ticket is surrendered along with s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit, at our office for cancellation, except in case of a passenger residing outside Kolkata, who may cancel his/her booking by mail only.

• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Cancellation fee applicable on Net Tour Price (Per Person) As Below.

• Within 91 to 120 Days from the journey starts: 85% of the package amount, will be refunded.
• Within 61 to 90 Days from the journey starts: 80% of the package amount, will be refunded.
• Within 46 to 60 Days from the journey starts: 70% of the package amount, will be refunded.
• Within 31 to 45 Days from the journey starts: 60% of the package amount, will be refunded.
• Within 16 to 30 Days from the journey starts: 50% of the package amount, will be refunded.
• Within 06 to 15 Days from the journey starts: 25% of the package amount, will be refunded.
• Within 05 days from the journey starts: Non Refundable.

• Torch light, Light woolen garments (For any sector), Key & Chain (For Train Only), Medicine (If needed), others necessary goods, Identity Card (Photocopy & Original), Passport size photograph of each tourist.

• Avoid smoking in public places,
• Hotel or Car / Bus tips bourn by guest on spot,
• Washing cloth in the hotels are not allowed.
• Co-operate with your hotel staff / manager, Car Driver, in every situation for your safe journey.
